Yoga was traditionally taught with one teacher and one student; this allowed the practitioner to truly be able to receive instruction and guidance to fit their particular needs. It is a wonderful way for those new to the Practice to learn as well as for seasoned practitioners who would like to deepen their practice. At Shala we offer Private Yoga Sessions one on one or for a group with up to 5 students.
